The two fans are combined, the lower fan is fixed, and the upper fan can rotate reversely around the shaft.

石磨面粉機的上扇在作旋轉(zhuǎn)運動，其磨齒與下扇的磨齒相互間咬合以及相錯，而形成很微小的升降運動，于是上下扇之間便出現(xiàn)了瞬息的齒隙，使加工的糧食通過上扇的孔道不斷進入磨齒。面粉就在這樣的研磨中生產(chǎn)出來。

The upper fan of the stone mill flour mill is rotating, and its grinding teeth and the grinding teeth of the lower fan are engaged and staggered with each other to form a very small lifting movement. Therefore, there is a momentary tooth gap between the upper and lower fans, so that the processed grain continuously enters the grinding teeth through the hole of the upper fan. Flour is produced in such grinding.
