磨面機的磨頭應(yīng)安裝端正。用M16的螺栓固定在混凝土基礎(chǔ)上，電動經(jīng)營可靠接地，以防漏電，所有電器應(yīng)有電工安裝。

磨面機的安裝必須在廠方技術(shù)人員的指導(dǎo)下進行，安裝后的調(diào)整、試車、由廠方技術(shù)人員操作。

新出廠磨面機安裝后都要進行調(diào)試方可試車，開機前應(yīng)仔細檢查傳動皮帶及防護裝置，檢查各部分緊固件是否松動，檢查軸承、齒輪松緊是否合適，檢查糧倉、磨內(nèi)是否有異物，用手轉(zhuǎn)動磨機大皮帶輪，檢查顫動是否正常。

After the new mill is installed, it must be debugged before commissioning. Before starting up, carefully check the transmission belt and protective device, check whether the fasteners of each part are loose, whether the tightness of bearings and gears is appropriate, check whether there are foreign matters in the granary and mill, rotate the large belt pulley of the mill by hand and check whether the vibration is normal.

啟動電動機：啟動電動機檢查轉(zhuǎn)向是否正確，轉(zhuǎn)動是否正常，發(fā)現(xiàn)異常，立即停機檢修。

Start the motor: start the motor to check whether the rotation direction is correct and whether the rotation is normal. If any abnormality is found, stop the machine for maintenance immediately.

新面粉機安裝調(diào)試后，應(yīng)先用麩皮試磨不少于30分鐘，將磨機內(nèi)清理干凈后，再開始正常加工小麥面粉。

After the installation and commissioning of the new flour mill, try grinding with bran for no less than 30 minutes, clean the mill, and then start the normal processing of wheat flour.

根據(jù)物料顆粒調(diào)整流量調(diào)節(jié)小手柄，使每一遍加工的流量合適。
